The State Procurement Bureau signed a contract with Alltel for cellular telephone equipment and service. There is also a Mobile Communications Device policy established by Montana State University that is effective August 1, 2006. Please review policy guidelines. Exceptions to the policy may be written in memo format and sent to Laura Humberger. Allowance forms are available on the HR-Personnel and Payroll Services website.
